- How do I prepare my PC for service ?
- Where can I find my Product Key ?
- How long will you have my PC ?
- What are your store hours ?
- When is it time to upgrade my PC ?
First, backup any information you need saved. If possible, use an
external hard drive or burn the information on a CD. Backing your
documents up before bringing your PC in will also save you money and
expedite the repair process.
The Product Key for Microsoft Windows SHOULD be on a sticker on
the case of your PC. It will show a string of 25 numbers and
letters. These 25 digits are, in reality, what you pay for. The CD's
are, for the most part, identical.
How long will you have my PC ?
This is the most asked question. We will try to get your PC fixed
ASAP. We don't want your PC here any longer than you do.
PC Geeks On Wheels is open:
Tuesday - Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
You will need to upgrade your PC when you want it to run a
specific application and it won't or it take longer than you want.
Applications like games, video editing, or the like, are pretty
demanding on a PC. Therefore, if you find you can't run certain
programs, it time for an upgrade.
