First, we only use top quality parts from Major
Manufacturers! We are Authorized resellers of:
So what does that mean to you? It means we have
dedicated sales reps. that we can call if we have an issue with a
component. We don't have to go through a long (foreign) phone call, go
to any websites, fill out paperwork, etc. All we have to do is call and
they will take care of us...which in turn, we take care of you.
Our Custom PC's don't come loaded with any free trial
software. We call it "Bloatware" in our industry. Large companies get
paid a premium to put this software on your PC. It's the same as a
commercial on TV. Putting the bloatware on their PC's is how they can
sell their PC's at lower prices...sometimes anyway. They are hoping you
use the trial version, like it, and then buy the full version. We don't
know how many people actually DO buy the full version of the software,
but we're sure its very low.
Warranty you ask? At PC Geeks On Wheels you can rest
assured that you will be in good hands. We offer a ONE YEAR warranty on
EVERY PC we build. We like to say "short of you spilling a glass of
water on it or an act of God, you're covered".
The Warranty Repair Process is easy. All you have to
do is bring your PC in or call us and we'll come pick it up. We then
diagnose the problem and go forward with a solution.
EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE!
For systems we don't build (like Hp's, Acers, etc.)
but you buy from PC Geeks On Wheels, we'll try to handle the warranty
issue for you through the manufacturer. Keep in mind, this may include
sending your PC to their own repair facility and waiting for it to
return. For some people, this is an acceptable option.
